Dual tank systems can be used for different purposes. You may want to carry materials for more than one application, mix small batches of chemicals to reduce risk of spills or for proportioning solutions in-line. Most of the systems we have built have a common pump system and a sequence of valves are turned to select the desired tank. Dual Tank Systems are Custom Built to your application. Lead times will vary based on the complexity of the sprayer.

 

To the left is a Skid Sprayer with a 50 Gallon Water tank and a 8 Gallon Batch Tank. One 12 Volt Impeller pump is for agitation and a 12 Volt Diaphragm pump is used for spraying.

 

 

 

 

 

This Sprayer Features Two 100 Gallon Tanks, two large Hannay Manual Rewind Hose Reels each with 300' of 1/2" Spray Hose and a 9 gpm, 550 psi Hypro Diaphragm Pump driven by a 5.5 hp Honda Gas Engine all on a removable skid base that fits into full size fleet side truck beds.

 

This assembly has been built as a Highway Rated Trailer Sprayer as well.
